VINEYARD & SOIL

Part of the blend comes from the western part of the Vinadeis’ vineyard with an oceanic influence and the other part comes from the eastern part of the vineyard with a Mediterranean influence. Multiple geological nuances : mostly limestone, clay and sand.

VINIFICATION

Parcel selection – selection at the gate – traditional vinification in destemmed with low fermentation temperature – maceration for about ten days.

TASTING NOTES

A fresh and elegant Pinot Noir with aromas of raspberries and cherries. On the palate, it reveals soft and supple tannins.

FOOD PAIRING

Enjoy it with beef kebabs, chicken, duck, roasted or stewed meats and braised mushrooms.
