VINEYARD & SOIL

Part of the blend comes from the western part of the Vinadeis’ vineyard with an oceanic influence and the other part comes from the eastern part of the vineyard with a Mediterranean influence. Multiple geological nuances: mostly limestone, clay and sand.

VINIFICATION

Direct pressing and fermentation with temperature control – stirring of the dregs at the end of fermentation.

TASTING NOTES

With a bright and dense colour this Chardonnay reveals pineapple and exotic fruit aromas, followed by sweet aromas of crème brulée and toasted hazelnut. The palate is gourmet, full, buttered and fresh.

FOOD PAIRING
