VINEYARD & SOIL

Part of the blend comes from the western part of the Vinadeis’ vineyard with an oceanic influence and the other part comes from the eastern part of the vineyard with a Mediterranean influence. Multiple geological nuances: mostly limestone, clay and sand.

VINIFICATION

Parcel selection – selection at the gate – vinification by hot maceration for one part and by traditional maceration for the other part.

TASTING NOTES

This Cabernet-Sauvignon has dark colour with purple tints and aromas of mint, red fruits, ripe pepper, smoky and slightly toasted notes. Fleshy, gourmet, well-structured on the palate with lots of fruit.

FOOD PAIRING

Perfect with grilled or stewed red meats and cheeses.
